CDL-A Driver — Starting $24.00/hr, Raises Every 6 Months

Bear Pack Logistics, a Premier Amazon Freight Partner based in the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area, is hiring full-time Class A CDL drivers directly as W-2 employees. You'd haul drop-and-hook freight for Amazon and partner networks, with little to no touch freight involved.

Pay

• Starting pay of $24.00 per hour

• Guaranteed pay increases every 6 months

• Up to an extra $250 per month for strong attendance and safety performance

• Drivers reportedly average $75,000+ in annual take-home pay, with a stated yearly range of $52,000 to $93,000

Routes and home time

• Solo 5: a dedicated 5-day regional route, returning home for 2 consecutive days off each week

• Solo 2: a mix of local and regional driving with flexible shifts and predictable weekly time at home

What you'll haul

• Drop-and-hook trailers for Amazon and partner freight networks, almost entirely no-touch

• New sleeper cabs and day cabs with automatic transmissions and modern safety tech

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL and at least 21 years old

• Clean driving record and acceptable DAC report

• Must pass a DOT physical, drug test, and background check

• English proficiency for communication, reading signs, and handling logs

• Comfortable with smartphone GPS and routing apps

• A year or more of CDL-A experience and a doubles endorsement are a plus, not required
