CDL-A Driver, No Experience Required — Regional/OTR, $0.60–$1.10 CPM

Our company is looking for CDL-A drivers in the Baltimore, MD area, including recent truck driving school grads and anyone returning to the road. Both regional and OTR routes are open, with home-daily options for experienced drivers.

What you'll haul

• Freight is 100% no-touch on some accounts, with touch-freight accounts available for drivers willing to load and unload

• Mostly drop and hook

• You'll run newer equipment: 2024 and 2025 Freightliners and Internationals

• Routes offer steady, reliable mileage

Pay

• Pay ranges from $0.60 to $1.10 per mile depending on experience and account

• No-touch accounts typically pay $1,300 to $1,600 weekly

• Touch-freight accounts typically pay $1,600 to $1,900 weekly

• Overall weekly pay runs $1,689.83 to $1,954.01

• You're paid weekly, with paid orientation and a transition bonus offered

Home time

• Choose weekly or biweekly home time, on a set schedule

• Day and night shifts both available

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A

• At least 21 years old

• Clean driving record and clean background

• No prior experience needed
