CDL-A Driver Merchandiser — Home Daily, 4-Day Workweek, $31–$32/hr

Deliver and stock our company products on a local route out of Waterford, CT, with every night at home. This driver merchandiser role combines route delivery with in-store shelf and cooler stocking.

Pay

• $31.00 to $32.00 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule

• Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM

• Local routes mean you're home every day

What you'll do

• Run an assigned delivery route, dropping off product to customers

• Stock, display and rotate product in stores according to company standards

• Handle pickups of company equipment and returned items

• Load, move and lift product and equipment

• Invoice customers and collect payments, settling accounts each day

• Follow all safety and compliance rules

• Represent the company well and build relationships with store staff

Requirements

• At least 21 years old

• Valid CDL-A and a driving record that meets company standards

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• 1-3 years of general work experience

• Commercial driving experience of a year or more preferred

• Background in route delivery, direct store delivery, merchandising, retail or customer service is a plus

• Able to repeatedly lift, push and pull 50+ pounds, and to reach overhead, stand, walk, bend and kneel

• Able to push or pull loaded pallet jacks or hand-trucks up to 100 yards without help

• Self-motivated, reliable and able to work with minimal oversight
