CDL-A Driver — Local, Regional or Part-Time, $500 Sign-On Bonus

Fountain Transport Services, an our company based in Pineville, NC, is looking for CDL-A drivers to haul Amazon loads in late-model Amazon-branded tractors. You can choose local, regional, shuttle or part-time work, with full-time offering a steady schedule and part-time letting you pick up shifts as you want.

Pay

• Yearly pay ranges from $35,000.00 to $70,000.00, with a weekly guarantee for full-time drivers

• $500 sign-on bonus for anyone hired through August 31, 2026

• Overtime is available, so your extra hours can add to your earnings

• Occasional seasonal and safety bonuses, plus weekly, monthly and quarterly incentive pay

Schedule

• Full-time drivers get a consistent route and schedule

• Part-time drivers set their own days and hours

• You can start part-time and move up to Level II or Level III positions over time

• Must be open to evening, weekend and holiday shifts

What you'll haul

• Amazon freight only, run out of Pineville, NC, with additional operations in Columbia and Spartanburg, SC

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license

• At least 21 years old

• Clean driving record, PSP/DAC report and current DOT physical

• At least 6 months of OTR experience or 1 year of local driving experience (newly licensed drivers may qualify for apprenticeship training after passing a road test)

• Must pass a background check and drug screen

• Comfortable with ELD systems and smartphone apps (iPhone preferred) and fluent in English

• Understands Hours of Service rules and safe driving at night

• Positive, coachable attitude

• Must pass a driving skills test covering lane control, turning, coupling, and backing/maneuvering
