CDL-A Driver — Home Every Other Day, $50,000–$62,000/yr

Meridian Freight Solutions, LLC is looking for Class A CDL drivers to run dedicated Amazon freight out of Thompsonville, CT. You'll work a steady 2-days-on, 2-days-off rotation in a sleeper cab, with no-touch, drop-and-hook freight only.

Pay

• $50,000-$62,000 per year

• Paid weekly by direct deposit

Schedule and home time

• 14-hour shifts, 2 days on and 2 days off, then 4 days off in a row

• Routes run from the home yard with an 11-hour max drive, a 10-hour reset, then another 11-hour max drive back to the home yard

• Consistent, weekly-planned schedule so you know what to expect

• Open to drivers who can work either days or nights

What you'll haul

• Amazon freight exclusively, in Amazon-branded tractors

• 53' dry van trailers and intermodal containers

• Drop-and-hook only - no scanners, tarps, straps, doubles, triples, or hazmat

• 100% no-touch freight

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL, minimum age 21

• Clean driving record, current DOT medical card, and acceptable DAC/PSP history

• Must pass pre-employment background and drug screening

• Comfortable using a smartphone and handheld logistics apps

• Able to work 14-hour shifts, driving up to 11 hours per shift
