CDL-A Delivery Truck Driver — $30.00–$34.00/hr + $5,000 Bonus

Our company is hiring CDL-A delivery drivers in Twinsburg, OH to haul foodservice products to customers. New hires who qualify can collect a $5,000 retention bonus.

Pay

• Starting rate of $30.00/hour, with base pay for this role ranging from $30.00/hour to $34.00/hour depending on experience, education, skills and location

• Overtime kicks in after 40 hours

• Paid weekly

Schedule

• Runs Monday through Saturday with a 3-6am dispatch time

• Typically 5 days a week, with a chance to move to a 4-day week

What you'll haul

• Food and beverage products delivered to customer sites

What you'll do

• Drive safely to customers and hit scheduled delivery windows

• Unload freight using a two-wheeler, pallet jack or by hand, placing it where the customer wants it

• Confirm orders with customers and collect the required signatures

• Take payments or collections from customers where needed

• Represent our company well while handling customer interactions

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip checks on your equipment

Physical demands

• Repeatedly lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling 20 to 80+ lbs of product each shift

• Working outside in all weather, with 10 or more stops per shift

Requirements

• Register with the FMCSA Clearinghouse (a DOT-mandated database tracking drug and alcohol violations for CDL/CLP holders) at https://clearinghouse.fmcsa.dot.gov/register

• At least 21 years old

• Valid Class A CDL from your home state, with the right endorsements and DOT qualifications

• Either 6 months of commercial driving experience in any industry, or 3 months specifically in food or beverage delivery

• Manual transmission skills preferred, and may be mandatory depending on location

• English fluency sufficient to converse, read highway signs, respond to official questions, and complete reports
