CDL-A Delivery Driver (Union) — $30.48/hr

Our company is looking for a CDL-A delivery driver to get their beverage products to retail customers on time and in good shape. This is a union position based in Arlington, WA.

Schedule

• Wednesday through Saturday, four 10-hour shifts, roughly 5:00am to 3:30pm

• Night shifts possible depending on business needs

• You may be asked to work weekends and holidays, with some flexibility needed for changing routes and schedules

Pay

• $30.48 per hour, with a base range up to $33.87 depending on your location, experience and skills

• Bonus structure available depending on role

• Paid on a bi-weekly basis, with overtime available

What you'll haul

• Deliver Coca-Cola beverage products along set routes to retail locations

• Load and unload product safely, moving pallets, shells and cases without damage

• Restock backroom areas at stores when asked

• Keep your truck clean inside and out, and run pre-trip and post-trip inspections to catch any mechanical or safety problems

• Use electronic or paper systems to log deliveries and inventory, and stay in touch with dispatch and the logistics team on progress or issues

• Build good working relationships with store staff and managers

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license, with an interstate endorsement

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent

• At least 21 years old

• Driving record that meets Swire's vehicle policy standards

• Manual transmission experience preferred

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout your shift

• Strong verbal and written communication skills for working with customers and teammates

• Must complete required training and attend assigned meetings

• A conditional job offer will include a background check, drug screening and a review of your driving record
