CDL-A Delivery Driver — Home Daily, $85,000–$100,000/Year

Deliver food and food service products for Cheney Brothers in the Knoxville, TN area, running local and regional routes in a tractor trailer or straight truck. You'll be home every day, working a day shift schedule Monday through Saturday with dispatch between 1am and 4am.

Pay

• $85,000 to $100,000 per year

• Regular route pay kicks in once training is complete

• Day shift, Monday through Saturday

• Dispatch window of 1am to 4am

• Home daily

What you'll haul

• Food and food-related products delivered to customers on set routes, including local, over-the-road, shuttle, overnight, and drive-and-drop runs

• You'll handle pre- and post-trip inspections, load verification, unloading at customer sites, and paperwork for each delivery

• Some stops require hand-lifting product using a two-wheeler or lift gate, with case weights generally between 10-35 pounds and sometimes up to 60-90 pounds depending on location

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license

• At least 21 years old

• High school diploma or GED

• At least 12 months of commercial driving experience

• Clean driving record (MVR) for the past 3 years

• Current DOT Health Card, or able to obtain one

• Must pass a post-offer drug screen, criminal background check, and road test

• Meet any applicable state licensing requirements
