CDL-A Delivery Driver — $90,000–$95,000/Year

SYGMA Pennsylvania in Harrisburg, PA is hiring CDL-A delivery drivers to run dedicated routes hauling foodservice products from the warehouse to customers. You'll run 2 to 4 routes a week, with each trip out no longer than 36 hours, driving a brand new automatic tractor-trailer fleet.

Pay

• $90,000 to $95,000 per year, with top earners making up to $150,000

• Pay is built from route pay plus incentives

Schedule and routes

• Evening dispatch, Sunday through Friday

• Both team and solo dedicated routes available

• Work typically runs overnight, including weekends and holidays, with varying start times and possible overtime

What you'll haul

• Frozen, dry and refrigerated foodservice and restaurant products

• You'll deliver and unload by hand or hand cart, following customer specs and food safety rules (proper temperatures, damage checks, no cross-contamination)

Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License, and you must be insurable to drive as a condition of employment

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent; a completed tractor-trailer driving school can substitute

• One year of tractor-trailer driving experience is preferred

• Must read, speak and write English well enough to talk with customers, understand road signs, and complete reports and logs

• Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds by hand and pushing or pulling up to 350 pounds with a two-wheeled hand cart, plus climbing in and out of the cab and trailer
