CDL-A Dedicated Truck Driver — Home Weekly, Avg $1,750+/wk

Run a dedicated account for our company with freight moving to VA, NC, DC, PA, NJ, OH, and WV. You'll be home every week, and this role involves unloading at the customer site, so it suits drivers who don't mind hands-on work.

Pay

• $2,500 sign-on bonus

• $0.77-$0.80 per mile, with all-in pay (CPM plus accessorial) of $1.44

• Average weekly pay of $1,750+, with top earners averaging around $2,000 a week

• Average annual pay around $89,000, with top performers reaching $110,000+

• Additional pay for unloading and backhauls

• Bonus amounts depend on meeting certain conditions; ask a recruiter for the specifics

Home time

You'll be home weekly on a consistent, dependable schedule.

What you'll haul

• Freight is 100% touch, meaning you'll be involved in unloading at delivery points

• Routes are steady and predictable

• Trucks are newer, averaging 36 months old

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL, at least 21 years old

• At least 3 months of verifiable driving experience

• No more than 1 preventable accident involving a commercial vehicle in the last 2 years, and no major preventable accidents in the last 5 years

• No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years

• No DUI or DWI in the past 5 years (or 10 years if it happened while holding a CDL)

• Must pass a DOT physical and drug screening; no drug-related convictions in the past 5 years (10 years if while holding a CDL), and no positive or refused drug tests in the past 10 years under a CDL-A or CLP

• Drivers in the SAP program are not eligible
