About this job
Our company is hiring CDL-A drivers for a dedicated fleet with steady routes and weekly home time. The carrier has been named a TCA Elite Fleet two years running (2025 and 2026) and runs late-model trucks.
Pay
- Weekly pay runs $1,350-$1,550, which works out to about $70,200-$80,600 a year
- $5,000 sign-on bonus plus a separate $400 hiring bonus
- Guaranteed minimum pay
- Extra pay opportunities: up to $60 per day in stop pay, up to $160 per 24-hour period for detention, up to $150 per day for bad weather, and a safety bonus
- Referral bonus up to $2,500 per person you bring on, with no cap on how many you can refer
Home time
- Home every week, with a reset over the weekend
Equipment
- Newer tractors equipped with APUs, automatic transmissions and inverters
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL for interstate driving
- At least 4 months of CDL-A experience after finishing training
- Comfortable working as part of a team
