About this job
Our company has been named a TCA Elite Fleet two years running (2025 and 2026), and they're looking for CDL-A drivers for a dedicated fleet with steady freight and a driver-focused setup. You'll run consistent routes on reliable schedules, get home every week, and reset over the weekend.
Pay
- Weekly pay ranges from $1,350 to $1,550
- That works out to $70,200 to $80,600 per year
- $5,000 sign-on bonus, plus a separate $400 hiring bonus
- Guaranteed minimum pay
- Safety bonus included
- Extra pay opportunities: stop pay up to $60/day, detention pay up to $160 per 24-hour period, inclement weather pay up to $150/day
- Referral bonus up to $2,500 per referral, with no cap on how many you can earn
Home time
- Home weekly, with a weekend reset

Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL for interstate driving
- At least 4 months of recent CDL-A driving experience since finishing training
- Comfortable working and communicating with others
