About this job
Our company is looking for CDL-A drivers for a dedicated fleet with steady routes and weekly home time. Marten has been named a TCA Elite Fleet two years running (2025 & 2026).
Pay
- Weekly pay runs $1,350 to $1,550, which works out to about $70,200 to $80,600 a year
- $5,000 sign-on bonus plus a $400 hiring bonus
- Guaranteed minimum pay
- Safety bonus
- Possible extra pay for stops (up to $60 a day), detention (up to $160 per 24-hour period), and bad weather (up to $150 a day)
- Referral bonus up to $2,500 per referral, with no cap on how many you can refer
Home time
- Home every week, with a weekend reset
Equipment
- Newer tractors with APUs, automatic transmissions and inverters
What you'll haul
- Dedicated, consistent routes with predictable schedules
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL for interstate driving
- At least 4 months of CDL-A driving experience since finishing training
- Able to work well with others
