About this job
Our company in Roscoe, IL is looking for CDL-A drivers to run dedicated refrigerated freight. You'll work consistent customers and lanes, get home every week, and haul 100% no-touch loads.
Pay
- Starting pay of $0.70 CPM on all miles
- Monthly performance bonus of $500 or more
- Drivers average $1,800+ weekly, or $90,000+ per year
- Typical runs are 2,500-3,000 miles weekly
- Paid for detention, stops, holidays and vacation
- Direct deposit every week

What you'll haul
Dedicated refrigerated freight, 100% no-touch, with steady lanes and repeat customers.
Equipment
Newer trucks from Peterbilt, Freightliner, Kenworth and Volvo, model year 2024 and up.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- At least 1 year of verifiable CDL-A driving experience
- Minimum age 21
- Must meet FMCSA qualifications
- TWIC card and reefer experience are a plus, not mandatory
