About this job
Our company has a dedicated regional lane based out of Smithfield for solo CDL-A drivers. You'll haul no-touch freight through the Eastern Mid-Atlantic and get home every week.
Pay
- Drivers average $78,000 annually, with the top 10% earning up to $91,000 per year*
- Paid by the mile, plus detention pay
- Weekly bonus of up to 3% for safe, on-time performance
Home time
- Home weekly for your 34-hour reset
What you'll haul
- No-touch freight, averaging about 10 loads per week
- 53' trailers pulled with automatic transmission trucks
- Routes cover NC, VA, MD, PA, DE and Washington DC
- Night driving, with on-site office and maintenance support
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A with at least 3 months of current driving experience
- Not open to students, recent grads, or trainees
- Minimum age 21
- Must pass a DOT drug screen
