CDL-A Dedicated Reefer Driver — Avg. $1,200–$1,400/Week, Home Every Other Day

Run a dedicated refrigerated route out of Cocoa Beach, FL, hauling loads to Sam's Club, Supercenters, and neighborhood markets across Central FL and into GA/SC. You'll work night shifts with layovers built into the schedule and be home every other day.

Pay

• Flat rate per load, plus per-stop pay and $0.11/mile

• Stop pay: $10.00 per stop

• Average weekly pay: $1,200.00 - $1,400.00

• Weekly miles range from 1,600 to 2,400

• Swift Driver Performance Bonus available

Home time

• Home every other day, with occasional mid-week stretches of 2 days off

• 10-hour breaks and 34-hour restarts built into the schedule

• Expect layovers roughly every other day

• Trucks are slip-seated

Schedule

• Mostly overnight, running 9 PM to 9 AM

• Some starts fall in the late afternoon, between 3 PM and 8 PM

What you'll haul

• Dedicated reefer freight moving from Central FL to major cities, plus GA/SC runs

• Deliveries go to Sam's Club, Supercenters, and local markets

What you'll do

• Drive the dedicated route safely and handle pre-trip and post-trip inspections

• Keep ELD logs accurate and up to date

• Follow DOT rules and company safety standards

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A

• At least 21 years old

• Driving record can have minor violations, but no SAP or DUI history
