CDL-A Dedicated Reefer Driver — $0.60–$0.70/mi, No Experience Needed

Our company is looking for CDL-A drivers in Ogden, UT to run dedicated refrigerated freight across the Western United States. Both new CDL graduates and experienced drivers are welcome to apply.

Pay

• Mileage pay of $0.60–$0.70 per mile depending on experience

• Typical weekly earnings run $1,800–$2,000

• You'll usually cover about 1,800–2,400 miles a week

• $25 extra for short hauls under 100 miles, but no separate stop pay

Home time

• You'll be out for two-week stretches before returning home

• Expect a mix of day and night driving, including weekends and occasional holidays depending on customer needs

What you'll haul

• Dedicated reefer freight, mostly preloaded trailers

• You'll handle live unloading at delivery points

• Lanes run throughout the Western U.S.

Requirements

• Current Class A CDL

• Open to recent CDL school graduates as well as experienced drivers

• No extra endorsements needed

• Must meet DOT qualification and safety standards with an acceptable driving record

• Should be comfortable handling refrigerated trailers
