CDL-A Dedicated/OTR Truck Driver — Home Weekly, $1,200 Avg/Week

Swift Transportation has a hybrid dedicated/OTR CDL-A opening based out of Harrisonville, MO, running a lane for a large retail customer along with over-the-road miles as needed. You'll be home every week.

Pay

• Average weekly pay of $1,200

• Trip pay runs $0.49 to $0.60 per mile based on dispatched miles, your experience, and the route

• Monthly performance bonus

• Vacation pay starts at $800 after your first year

Home time

• Weekly home time

What you'll haul

• Dedicated, predictable freight for a big box retail customer, with OTR runs mixed in

• Loads aren't preloaded, so you'll be hooking up yourself

• Expect some holiday and weekend driving

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL; new drivers are welcome, training provided

• At least 21 years old

• No current disqualification from operating a commercial vehicle under any federal, state or local rule

• No more than one preventable on-road or DOT loss in the last 2 years, no more than 3 preventable accidents in that span, and no major preventable accidents in the last 5 years

• No serious traffic violations in the past year, and no more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years

• No conviction for possessing, transporting or using Schedule 1 drugs while on duty within the last 3 years
