CDL-A Dedicated Dry Van Driver — Home Every Weekend

Our company needs 15 solo CDL-A drivers for a dedicated Dollar Tree dry van run based in Chesapeake, VA. No prior experience needed, and you'll be back home every weekend.

Pay

• $0.90 per mile, with weekly mileage running around 1,000 miles

• Typical weekly earnings land between $1,800 and $2,170

• $100 bonus each week tied to safety and attendance

• $240 paid for live unload jobs

• $20 added per stop

• $40 short-haul rate on runs shorter than 51 miles

Home time

• Weekends off, every week

• Choose between day or night shift work

• Some Saturday runs and holiday shifts come up

What you'll haul

• Dollar Tree dry van loads on a dedicated account

• Floor-loaded trailers and roller-based deliveries

• Equipment like rollers, racks, and load bars is supplied

Requirements

• Current Class A CDL

• New drivers and seasoned drivers both welcome

• No special endorsements needed

• Home address within 70 miles of Chesapeake, VA 23320 or ZIP 23321

• This is a solo-driver position; no teams or owner-operators

• Cannot accept drivers currently in the SAP program
