About this job
Drive a dedicated round-trip dry van route between Upper Marlboro, MD and Bristol, PA, Monday through Friday, with your weekends off. This is a semi-local run with a nationwide carrier, and you'll be home every night during the week.
Schedule
- Monday through Friday, home on weekends
- Morning dispatch
- Shifts run 10-14 hours
- Home throughout the week, not just weekends
Pay
- $.70-.74 per mile, based on experience
- About 1600 dedicated miles weekly
- $25 per stop
- Weekly average of $1400+
- Wage range listed as $1400.00-$1450.00 per week
What you'll haul
- Dry van freight
- Dedicated, repeating round trips
- Late model automatic Freightliner Cascadias
Requirements
- Clean CDL with no incidents in the past year
- At least 6 months of experience in a 53' tractor trailer within the past year (school, dump truck, garbage truck, and straight truck time doesn't count)
- Hair follicle drug screen required; SAP drivers not accepted
