CDL-A Dedicated Driver — Weekly Pay Guaranteed $1,400, Home Weekly

Run a dedicated Dollar Tree account out of Joliet, IL, hauling dry freight to stores across the upper Midwest. You'll get a 34-hour reset at home every week and a guaranteed weekly pay minimum when conditions are met.

What you'll haul

• Dry freight in 53' dry van trailers, delivered to Dollar Tree locations in WI, IA, MN, MI, IN and Northern KY

• About 970 miles per week on average, with 3 to 5 stops per load

• About 3 turns per week

• Touch freight: you'll use rollers to unload at each stop

Home time

• 34-hour reset at home every week, typically falling on Saturday/Sunday or Sunday/Monday

• Work week runs Monday through Friday or Tuesday through Saturday, depending on your location

Equipment

• Automatic transmission sleeper trucks

• 53' dry van trailers

• You can park your truck at home if you have a safe, secure spot

Pay

• Pay comes from a mix of mileage, unloading and backhaul pay

• Guaranteed minimum of $1,400 per week if you have no accidents, no service failures or refusals, and are available 5.5 days

• Layover: $200 per day (24 hours)

• Breakdown: $200 per day (24 hours)

• Retraining: $200 per day

• Backhaul pickup: $25 per load

• St George backhaul pickup: $15 per load, plus $15 for dunnage

• Mentor pay: $50 per day, up to $250 per week

• Mentor road test: $50 per test

• Clean DOT inspection bonus: $25

• Safe and on-time bonus: up to 3% weekly

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• At least 21 years old

• At least 3 months of recent Class A CDL driving experience
