CDL-A Dedicated Driver — Home Daily, $1,573–$1,750/Week

Our company has a dedicated local CDL-A route running out of the Mechanicsburg, PA area. You'll be home every day and haul freight that's mostly drop and hook, no touch.

Pay

• AM Driver: $1,573-$1,750 per week, plus overtime after 40 hours

• Spotter (hourly): $1,300-$1,400 per week, plus overtime after 8 hours

• $2,500 referral bonus with no cap on how many drivers you can refer

Schedule

• AM Driver: Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend work

• Spotter: 2-2-3 rotating schedule, with 6 AM-6 PM or 6 PM-6 AM shifts

• Spotters may be asked to work production Saturdays when customers need it

What you'll haul

• Local runs within Pennsylvania

• Freight is mostly drop and hook, no touch

• You'll run 2023 tractors and trailers, part of a late-model fleet

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A

• At least one of: 9 months of experience in the last 3 years, 2 years in the last 5, or 5 years in the last 10

• No more than 3 jobs in the past year, and no more than 9 in the past 3 years

• No gap in employment longer than 12 straight months in the last 2 years

• No misdemeanors in the past 5 years and no felonies in the past 10
