CDL-A Construction Truck Driver — From $28.00/hr

Our company in Salt Lake City, UT needs a CDL-A truck driver to haul construction materials like sand, road base, and asphalt to job sites around the valley. You'll sometimes also move equipment between sites.

Pay

• Starting at $28.00 per hour

• Full-time position

• Paid fairly for overtime when schedules run long

What you'll haul

• Imported sand and road base materials make up most loads

• Occasional equipment transport to and from job sites, with on-site training provided for securing it properly

• You're responsible for making sure loads are tarped or secured and trucks are road-ready

• Expect to navigate tight spaces at various valley job sites

• You'll also keep trucks clean using the company's power washer

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• Background in construction-related freight and hauling

• Comfortable working in tight job-site spaces

• Safe, defensive driving habits and a positive attitude on the job
