About this job
Our company is looking for CDL-A company drivers for W2 positions running local, regional, dedicated, or over-the-road freight depending on customer needs. You'll be home every day while driving modern, well-kept trucks equipped with ELD, GPS, and dash cams.
Pay and bonuses
- Mileage-based pay, with rate depending on your experience and weekly miles
- Holiday pay
- $1500 bonus for referring a driver
- Monthly and quarterly safety bonus programs
- Bonus for clean Level I, II, or III inspections with no violations

Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL with required endorsements
- Current DOT medical certification
- Clean driving record
- Must pass a background check, pre-employment drug screen, and FMCSA Clearinghouse query
- Able to perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, secure loads properly, and report any equipment or cargo issues right away
- Must follow FMCSA rules, hours-of-service limits, and other federal, state, and local trucking laws, and report any DOT inspections or citations promptly
This is a full-time, at-will W2 company driver position based in Downers Grove, IL.
