About this job
Our company Foods, a 100% employee-owned company, is looking for CDL-A drivers to join its private fleet hauling mostly refrigerated freight across the U.S. and Canada. As a driver here, you become an employee-owner with a share in the company's success.
Pay
- Earn $0.50-$0.57 per mile, depending on your experience and time with the company
- Extra pay available through per diem, stop pay, layover pay and quarterly performance bonuses
- Get a bonus for referring other drivers to join the fleet
Home time
Schedules are flexible, and you can work with the company to set up a routine that fits your life.
What you'll haul
- Mostly reefer loads, with some tanker opportunities possible
- Routes cover the lower 48 states and Canada
- Team drivers are welcome to bring a partner along
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Tanker endorsement helpful but not required
- Drivers who can legally operate in Canada are encouraged to apply
- No visa sponsorship offered
