Box Truck OTR Driver — 20% of Gross Load Revenue, No CDL Required

Our company is looking for an OTR driver to run a 26ft box truck hauling general freight on long-distance routes out of Greensboro, NC. You'll handle freight, keep your truck road-ready, and stay compliant with DOT and FMCSA rules.

Pay

• You're paid 20% of the gross revenue each load generates, so earnings shift load to load.

• Typical weekly pay runs $800.00 to $1,400.00 or more, depending on how much freight you move, load rates and miles driven.

What you'll haul

• General freight on over-the-road routes, with interstate driving as part of the job.

On the job

• Plan efficient routes with GPS to hit delivery windows and save fuel.

• Keep accurate records: load and delivery paperwork, hours of service logs, and incident reports if needed.

Requirements

• No CDL needed for this role.

• Valid driver's license and a clean, acceptable driving record.

• Must meet DOT driver qualification standards, including a DOT medical certificate when required.

• Box truck or other commercial driving experience is a plus.

• Reliable, on time, and comfortable with interstate driving and hands-on freight work.
