Box Truck Driver (OTR) — 30% of Gross, No CDL Required

Our company is looking for a non-CDL driver to run a 26 ft box truck on over-the-road routes across the U.S., based out of Chicago. This is a contract position paid as a share of each load's revenue.

Pay

• You earn 30% of the gross from every load you haul.

• The company advertises this as working out to at least $1,200.00 per week, with steady weekly pay.

What you'll haul

• General freight in a 26 ft box truck, delivered to various destinations across the country.

Requirements

• Legal authorization to work

• A standard driver's license valid for vehicles up to 26,000 lbs (CDL not required, though CDL holders are welcome)

• A clean driving history with no serious violations

Responsibilities

• Drive the truck safely to assigned delivery points, following routes and traffic laws

• Complete pre- and post-trip inspections and keep maintenance and hours-of-service records current

• Load and unload freight, using a liftgate when needed, and make sure everything is secured for transit

• Stay in touch with dispatch about delays or route changes
