About this job
Our company is hiring experienced AZ drivers out of its Sarnia, ON yard. Three positions are open: one on nightly switches between Sarnia and Alliston, and two on daily and nightly runs from Sarnia into Michigan and Ohio. The family-owned carrier has been operating for over 75 years.
The positions
- One driver for nightly switches, Sarnia to Alliston.
- Two drivers for daily and nightly loads, Sarnia to Michigan and Ohio, roughly 400 to 500 miles each.
Pay
- $68,650 to $102,770 a year.
- Paid every week by direct deposit, with bonuses paid quarterly.
- Extra pay for picks and drops, border crossings, weekend work and delay time.
Home time and schedule
- Weekly reset hours at home.
- Year-round work on dedicated trucks.

Equipment and support
- Late-model trucks with accident avoidance systems.

Requirements
- A valid AZ licence; one year of AZ experience is preferred.
- A criminal record search and clean driver and CVOR abstracts.
- You must live in Ontario.
- For cross-border runs: a valid passport and a FAST card.
