AZ Pneumatics Tanker Driver — $39.11/hr Local or Fly-In/Fly-Out

Westcan Bulk Transport (part of our company) needs Class 1/AZ drivers for pneumatic tanker hauling out of the Thunder Bay terminal. You can work locally or on a rotational fly-in/fly-out schedule of 6 weeks on, 2 weeks off, or 5 on, 2 off.

Pay

• If you live locally: base rate $34.00/hr, plus $1.90 premium, a Good Operations bonus of $1.08 (based on a 55-hour week), and an attendance bonus of $2.13 (based on 55 hours/week, equal to 5.77% of hourly earnings) — totaling $39.11/hr for regular hours.

• If you're on the fly-in/fly-out rotation: base rate $31.00/hr, plus $1.90 premium, a Good Operations bonus of $0.99, and an attendance bonus of $1.96 — totaling $35.84/hr for regular hours.

• Both pay structures add $2.35/hr for work done between 10 PM and 5 AM local time and on weekends.

• Overtime kicks in after 55 hours in a week.

• Paid on-the-job training is provided at $32.30/hr (local rate).

• You're also eligible for monthly and yearly bonus programs.

What you'll haul

• Pneumatic tanker freight.

Requirements

• Class 1/AZ licence with at least 2 years of recent highway driving experience.

• Experience with Super B units, tankers, or off-road driving is a strong plus.

• You'll need to pass an on-site drug and alcohol test and a job abilities assessment; the company covers the cost of your criminal record check.
