About this job
Our company in Hornby, ON is looking for an experienced AZ driver with a manual license for local runs that cross into the US. You'll handle dry van and reefer freight, keep your paperwork in order, and stay in touch with dispatch throughout your shift.
Pay
- CA$22.00 per hour, paid biweekly
Home time
- Local routes; trucks and loads are staged at the terminal so you don't need to hunt for pickups
What you'll haul
- Dry van and reefer freight delivered to destinations in the USA
Requirements
- Valid AZ license with a clean driving record and a manual transmission endorsement
- At least 6 months of driving experience
- Background hauling reefer and dry van loads
- Comfortable crossing the border and coordinating with dispatch, warehouse staff and customers
- Able to use WhatsApp for dispatch updates and Samsara for electronic logs
