About this job
Our company is looking for an AZ licensed flatbed driver to haul freight safely and keep customers and teammates informed along the way. You'll handle loading, securing and delivering cargo while staying alert to the condition of both the truck and the freight.
Pay
- Up to $10,000.00 per month
What you'll haul
- Freight loaded onto a flatbed trailer
Responsibilities
- Drive assigned routes and complete deliveries on schedule
- Inspect and secure loads before heading out, using a forklift where it's needed
- Watch for vehicle issues and report them, drawing on basic repair know-how
- Keep customers and coworkers updated on delivery progress
Requirements
- Solid commercial driving skills and safe cargo handling
- Comfort working around heavy equipment
- Clear communication skills
- Forklift experience, heavy equipment familiarity, or mechanical knowledge is a plus
- Prior flatbed or freight experience is helpful but not mandatory
