AZ Evening Petroleum Tanker Driver — $35.00/hr

Our company is looking for an experienced truck driver to haul petroleum and bulk fuel on evening shifts out of Calgary, AB. You'll handle both long-haul and short-haul deliveries, with occasional cross-border trips to the U.S.

Pay

• $35.00 per hour

What you'll haul

• Bulk fuel and petroleum products using tanker equipment

• Long-haul and short-haul routes, with possible cross-border runs to the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive and operate equipment to deliver fuel

• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections

• Load and unload fuel with proper handling procedures

• Keep accurate logs of mileage, fuel use, and incidents

• Stay in contact with dispatch about schedules and issues

• Handle basic troubleshooting or repairs as needed

• Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies

Requirements

• Valid Class AZ driver's licence

• Clean CVOR certificate

• TDG, WHMIS, and Canadian Fuels Association certificates

• Clean driving abstract and criminal record check

• Pre-employment and random drug testing

• Manual transmission experience

• FAST card is a plus for cross-border work

• Petroleum/fuel hauling experience preferred

Work conditions

• Physically demanding work, including handling hoses and heavy equipment

• Extended sitting and travel, including overnight trips

• Various weather conditions and tight delivery schedules
