About this job
This is a local delivery driving role in the Greater Toronto Area, running a 26-foot box truck for palletized freight from warehouse to retail locations, including downtown Toronto stops. You'll work four 10-12 hour shifts weekly, totaling 40-44 hours, with morning starts and flexible scheduling across the week.
Pay
- Starts at $26.00 per hour
What you'll haul
- Palletized goods, delivered middle-mile from warehouse to retail sites
- Manual pallet jack use and hand-unloading required
Schedule
- 40 to 44 hours per week
- Four shifts of 10-12 hours, mornings
- Availability needed any day, Sunday through Saturday
Requirements
- Ontario commercial license (A, B, C or D) with Z air brake endorsement
- At least 3 years of commercial driving experience with palletized freight and tailgate delivery
- Minimum age of 25
- Good knowledge of GTA roads and downtown Toronto
- Clean 3-year driving abstract and CVOR
- Able to work flexible hours including weekends
- Experience with similar vehicles (school bus, garbage truck, industrial equipment) is a plus
