About this job
Our company is hiring experienced long-haul drivers to run a dedicated Canada-US route between Calgary, AB and Salt Lake City, UT. You'll handle cross-border freight on a steady year-round schedule with support from dispatch and operations.
Route and schedule
- Dedicated pin-to-pin lane: Calgary, AB to Salt Lake City, UT
- Working days: Sunday to Friday
- Long-haul trips including overnight and extended runs
- Flexibility needed for weekends and holidays when required
- Consistent miles and steady work all year
What you'll haul
- Tractor-trailer freight moved safely across Canada and the United States
- You're responsible for secure loading and unloading
- Pre-trip, en-route and post-trip vehicle inspections, with any defects reported
Pay and perks
- Pay range: $40,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
- Mileage pay plus performance bonuses

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of verifiable driving experience in both Canada and the USA (for single drivers)
- At least 2 years of commercial driving experience required
- Valid Class 1 or AZ licence (or provincial equivalent)
- Clean driving record, no major violations
- Proven cross-border, long-haul experience
- Comfortable using ELD systems and completing all required paperwork (logs, customs and border documents)
- Solid understanding of Hours of Service rules in both Canada and the USA
- Able to drive safely in all weather and terrain
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid US visa required
- Must be willing to travel 100% of the time
- Must work as a payroll employee; corporations are not accepted
- Secondary school education preferred
