About this job
Our company is looking for an experienced AZ driver to run a weekly out-and-back route hauling bulk dump freight in a B-train configuration, crossing the Canada/U.S. border. You'll head out Sunday night or Monday morning and be back home by Friday.
Pay
Listed From $7,600 a month, with the job also mentioning From $3,800.00 bi-weekly and potential total yearly earnings of over $100,000 depending on the run.
Home time
Out Monday through Friday, staying in the truck during the week, home on weekends.
What you'll haul
Bulk and dump product using a tractor-trailer B-train combination. End dump or B-train hauling experience is preferred.
Requirements
- Valid AZ license
- 3 years of over-the-road experience, or heavy haul experience preferred
- Clean CVOR and driver's abstract
- Able to cross the Canada/U.S. border regularly
- Physically able to climb 12 feet in and out of dump trailers multiple times a day
- Able to lift 20 to 25 kg of material repeatedly during shifts
What the job involves
Daily duties include pre-trip inspections, loading and unloading bulk product, tarping and untarping trailers, sweeping out trailers (including frozen loads), removing cross bows, fueling the truck, completing customs and trip paperwork, and using an electronic logging device.
