About this job
Our company in Kingston, ON needs an AZ company driver for a week-out bulk run running a B-train between Canada and the U.S. You typically leave Sunday night or Monday morning and are back on Friday.
Pay
- Starts at $7,600 a month (listed as $3,800 bi-weekly).
- The company says you can earn over $100,000 a year on this run.
- Sign-on bonus (amount not given), cell phone allowance and clothing allowance.
Home time
- Out Monday to Friday, staying in the truck during the week.
What you'll haul
- Bulk and dump products in a B-train combination; end dump or B-train experience is preferred.
- Work includes tarping, cleaning out trailers (some with frozen product), pulling cross bows and keeping paperwork and logs current.
Requirements
- AZ license with a good CVOR and a clean driver's abstract.
- 3 years of over-the-road experience; heavy haul experience is a plus.
- Able to cross the Canada/U.S. border.
- Physically able to climb 12 ft in and out of dump trailers a few times a day and lift 20-25 kg.
