Apprentice CDL-A Truck Driver — $25.00/hr, Home Daily

Penske Logistics is looking for apprentice Class A CDL drivers to run local drop-and-hook routes out of Clyde, OH. This role is for recent grads of a Penske-approved CDL school or veterans with a CDL and less than 12 months of commercial driving experience, and includes paid on-the-job training.

Pay

• $25.00 per hour

• Paid weekly, every Friday

Home time

• Home every day, local routes only

Schedule

• Monday through Friday

• Start time around 6:00am

What you'll haul

• No-touch freight, drop and hook only

• Deliveries go to assigned customer locations

• You'll represent Penske with strong customer service on every stop

Equipment

• Late-model Penske Truck Leasing trucks

• Trucks built for driver comfort and safety

• Inward and outward facing cameras for added protection

Requirements

• Class A CDL from a Penske-approved school (CDL 160, Ivy Tech, Truck Drivers Institute, or New England Tractor Trailer Training School), or current/former US Armed Forces member

• Less than 12 months of commercial driving experience
