Amazon DSP Delivery Driver — $23.25–$24.00/hr Plus Paid Training

Our company needs delivery drivers to run Amazon DSP routes out of Lanham, MD, using cargo vans or DOT step vans. This role suits someone who wants consistent hours, structured training and room to move up.

Pay

• Earn $23.25 to $24.00 per hour (separately listed as $23.00 to $24.00 per hour).

• Weekly bonus opportunities on top of base pay.

Schedule

• Shifts begin at 10:00 AM.

• You need to be available on weekends.

• Listed as full-time, part-time and temporary, with a flexible schedule and day shift preferred.

What you'll haul

• You'll drive a company cargo van or DOT step van.

• Daily tasks include loading and organizing packages, driving your assigned route, and confirming deliveries with a handheld scanner.

• You'll work mostly on your own, hitting delivery targets each shift.

Requirements

• At least 21 years old with a valid driver's license.

• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and handling a physically demanding, fast-moving job.

• Clean enough background and driving history to pass screening checks.

• Able to pass a drug test under company and DOT rules.

• No DOT certification required going in; the company covers paid DOT training if you're not already certified. If you are certified, you can advance into bigger roles sooner.
