26 ft Box Truck Driver

A trucking company is looking for a dependable driver to run a company-owned 26 ft box truck under their MC authority. Loads are set up by their dispatch team, so you won't need your own equipment.

What you'll haul

• Freight assigned through dispatch, with pickups and deliveries handled per their instructions

• You'll stay in contact with dispatch and brokers throughout each run

• OTR travel may be required depending on the load

Responsibilities

• Drive the 26 ft box truck safely at all times

• Handle pickup and delivery paperwork

• Secure freight properly during transit

• Do pre-trip and post-trip inspections

• Keep the truck clean and in safe operating condition

• Follow DOT rules and company safety policies

Requirements

• Valid U.S. driver's license

• Clean driving record

• Box truck experience preferred

• Reliable, professional, and a clear communicator

• Able to pass a background check and drug screening

• Willing to run OTR if the job calls for it
