Weekend Delivery Driver — $175–$250/Day

Our company, a contracted service provider for FedEx Ground, is hiring weekend delivery drivers in the greater Boise, ID area. This local route role suits someone dependable who enjoys working independently while handling customer service and safe driving.

Pay

• $175.00 - $250.00 per day, depending on experience

• Full-time and part-time positions available, working weekends

What you'll do

• Plan your route and stay on schedule for deliveries

• Load, unload and maneuver the truck as needed

• Lift and carry packages from envelopes up to 150 lbs, using provided equipment for help

• Confirm delivery instructions and keep packages and equipment secure

• Log your driving time, rest periods, miles and keep fuel/toll receipts

• Check your vehicle for mechanical or safety problems and handle basic preventative maintenance

• Report any accidents, violations or equipment defects

• Use a handheld device to track your activity throughout the day

• Follow all driving laws and company procedures, and stay courteous with customers and coworkers

Requirements

• At least 21 years old

• At least 1 year of verifiable package delivery experience (FedEx Ground, UPS, Amazon, DHL or similar)

• Clean driving record

• Able to pass a criminal background check with no felonies in the past 10 years

• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screening

• Able to work weekends

• Able to bend, stoop and lift repeatedly

• No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
