Pay
- $0.59 - $0.63 per mile, plus hourly pay of $18/hour
- Pay combines hourly pay with an activity-based payment
- Average weekly gross around $1,486.80; average annual earnings around $77,313
- Additional pay opportunities: breakdown pay $15/hour, holiday pay $200/day, new hire training $200/week, safety training $20/hour, shuttle work $50-$100 per move, standby pay $100-$150/day
