Seasonal CDL-A Driver — $28.51–$38.00/hr

Our company needs a seasonal CDL-A driver in Ontario, CA to deliver goods to customers and help out in the warehouse. The role combines driving with warehouse duties like loading, stocking, and forklift work.

What you'll do

• Drive a company truck to deliver products to customers

• Run material handling equipment such as forklifts, order pickers, and pallet jacks (including manual pallet jacks with loads up to 3200 lbs)

• Check that all shipments have correct paperwork, and that nothing moves in or out of the warehouse without it

• Complete vehicle safety checks and keep mileage and fuel logs current

• Help keep the warehouse clean and organized

• Stay current on all safety and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Class A CDL with a clean driving record

• At least 3 years of commercial driving experience

• Doubles, Hazmat, and Tanker endorsements

• Able to repeatedly lift and bend to handle boxes and bags up to 50 lbs

• Forklift experience helpful; certification provided on the job

• Willing to work overtime during peak seasons

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Fluent in spoken and written English

• Professional appearance and strong communication skills

• Agriculture industry background is a plus

Pay

Hourly pay runs from $28.51 to $38.00, based on skills and experience. Note this is a seasonal role.
