Regional CDL-A Truck Driver — No Experience Required, Home Weekly

Our company is looking for new CDL-A drivers in Rathdrum, ID for a regional route with weekly home time. No prior CDL-A driving experience is needed, and recent grads and trainees are welcome.

Pay

• Earn between $1,442.00 and $1,812.00 per week, with productivity-based potential ranging $1,300–$1,800

• Covers roughly 1,900–2,200 miles weekly

• $15 stop pay on top of base earnings

• Driver Performance Bonus (DPP) opportunities

• Guaranteed weekly pay for your first 3 months after going solo

Home time

• Home once a week

• Both day and night shifts available

• Some weekend and holiday work may be needed

What you'll haul

• Regional freight along corridors such as I-5, I-15, I-84, and I-90

• Mix of live loads, live unloads, preloaded trailers, and drop-and-hook

• Steady freight volume with planned dedicated routes

• Well-kept regional trucks, no specialized equipment needed

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL; no previous CDL-A experience necessary

• No endorsements needed

• Must satisfy DOT and FMCSA Clearinghouse rules

• Clean, safe driving record required

• Willingness to work some weekends and holidays
