What you'll haul

• Fixed, dedicated route based in Cottonwood, CA

• Freight for well-known brand customers, sometimes driving their branded trucks and wearing their uniform

• Loading and unloading is part of the job

Equipment

• Newer trucks maintained by Penske, built for comfort

• Cameras facing both in and out of the cab to support driver safety

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL, with residency and licensing in the same U.S. state

• Must hold or be able to get a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card

• At least 1 year of tractor-trailer experience in the past 3 years, or 2 years in the past 5 years

• No more than two moving violations or accidents on your 3-year driving record

• Must be fluent in English per DOT rule 49 C.F.R. 391.11(b)(2)

• Must pass a background check (employment, education, criminal history) and drug screening

• Reliable attendance and the ability to stay alert and safe on the job are required

• Able to regularly lift up to 50 lbs and occasionally up to 100 lbs, with normal vision, hearing, and mobility needed to safely get in and out of the truck and cargo area
