Smart Logistics Group is looking for CDL-A drivers for regional routes, with openings for both new CDL-A graduates and experienced drivers. You'll get home weekly, drive newer trucks, and run on dependable, steady freight.
Pay
- $0.55 to $0.85 per mile, depending on experience level
Home time
- Weekly home time
- Regional routes, not OTR
Equipment
- Brand-new, modern tractors
What you'll do
- Drive a tractor-trailer safely, following federal, state and company rules
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report any maintenance issues
- Keep accurate logs under Hours of Service rules and company policy
- Deliver loads on regional routes, meeting customer and schedule needs
- Stay in regular contact with dispatch and follow routing and safety directions
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license
- Legally allowed to drive commercial vehicles in the United States
- Safety-focused, professional approach to the job
- Willing to run regional routes with weekly home time
- Recent CDL-A graduates welcome, as well as experienced drivers
