Regional CDL-A Reefer Driver — Home Weekly

Our company is hiring solo CDL-A drivers for regional reefer runs out of Atlanta. You are out 3-5 days a week and home weekly, driving 2021-and-newer Peterbilt and Volvo trucks.

Pay

• $90,000 to $120,000 a year, with HUB miles paid.

• $1,000 sign-on bonus for new drivers, plus $1,000 for each year of experience, up to $7,000.

• Quarterly bonuses for safety and clean inspections, and an annual bonus worth up to 5 weeks' pay.

• Extra pay for major cities, for detention after the first hour, and for breakdowns.

• Referral bonus when you bring in another driver.

Routes and equipment

• Regional lanes with 3-5 days away from home.

• 48' and 53' reefer trailers.

• Deliveries are mostly dock-to-dock, using electric and manual pallet jacks. Some stops may involve ramps, stairs or handcarts.

• No forced dispatch to NYC.

• 24/7 roadside assistance, a family rider program, pets welcome, and a monthly phone stipend with a Bluetooth headset.

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A and age 21 or older.

• Clean MVR: at most 1 moving violation in the past 3 years and no DUI/DVI/DWI in the past 10 years.

• Must meet FMCSA requirements and be able to lift up to 100 lbs.

• Willing to work weekends when needed.

• Recent CDL graduates need to provide their graduation documents.
