Our company is a small, family-owned freight brokerage in Fresno, CA hiring a CDL-A driver for regional runs across the United States. You'll work directly with dispatch, with no extra layers of management in between, and get paid on time.
Pay
- $5,000.00 - $9,000.00 per month
What you'll haul
- Regional routes with a mix of local and longer-distance runs
- Reefer freight, along with other types of cargo that need to be properly secured
What the job involves
- Picking up and delivering loads on your assigned routes
- Running pre-trip and post-trip inspections and keeping accurate ELD logs
- Staying in contact with dispatch about load status and any problems on the road
- Following DOT rules and keeping your driving record clean
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license with a clean MVR
- At least 2 years of verifiable OTR or regional driving experience
- Current DOT medical certificate
- Ability to pass a drug screen
- Experience hauling reefer freight
- Proficiency in English
