Regional CDL-A Company Driver — Home Weekly, $0.51–$0.60/mi

Our company is looking for Class A company drivers out of Green Cove Springs, FL 32043 to run regional freight with a guaranteed night at home every week. If you've got half a year of verifiable seat time, they want to talk to you.

Pay

• Earn $0.51-$0.60 per mile depending on your experience, with an added $0.09 CPM bonus each week for safe driving

• Both loaded and empty miles count toward your pay

• Most drivers bring home $1,700-$1,865 a week before taxes, which works out to roughly $85k-$96k a year if you're running 2,500 miles weekly

• $35 a night in tax-free per diem

• A $5,200 bonus for signing on and hitting performance marks, paid out in $100 weekly installments

• Refer a driver and get $1,500, with no cap on how many you can refer

• Driver trainers can earn additional pay on top of the above

Home time

You'll be back home every week to take your full 34-hour reset.

What you'll haul

No hazmat freight, so no special endorsements are needed. Routes stay clear of New York City.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months of Class A driving experience that can be verified

• No more than one preventable accident reported to DOT over the past 2 years

• Driving record free of serious violations for the last 12 months

• No history of repeated unsafe driving behavior

• Must satisfy all current FMCSA standards

Equipment

The fleet runs late-model Freightliner, Volvo, and Mack trucks built between 2023 and 2026, with new units added every year. Trucks are capped at 70 MPH and most come equipped with an inverter, along with the ability to run a TV, fridge, and microwave. Company policy allows you to bring pets and passengers along.
