Pickup and Delivery Driver — No CDL, Up to $900/Week

Our company is hiring a package delivery driver in McAlester, OK to run local routes in a company-provided box truck. No CDL is needed for this role, and you'll work independently handling deliveries from start to finish while keeping customers happy along the way.

Pay

• Minimum $150/day, negotiable depending on your experience

• Paid weekly

• Up to $900.00 per week total

• Bonus available for attendance and service

• Paid training included

Schedule

• Full-time, 4 to 6 days per week

• Saturdays are required for everyone on the team

• Day shift preferred

What you'll do

• Drive a company vehicle to get packages to customers safely and on time

• Load, unload and check packages against delivery paperwork

• Map out efficient routes while following traffic and safety rules

• Keep the dispatch team updated on progress, delays or problems

• Keep the truck clean and report any damage, accidents or violations right away

• Treat customers professionally and represent the company well

• Lift and maneuver packages up to 150 lbs between the truck and the customer's door

Requirements

• At least 21 years old

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid driver's license with a clean record

• Must pass a background check and drug screening

• Courier experience is a plus but not required

• Comfortable working solo, managing time well, and communicating clearly with customers and dispatch

• Able to commute to McAlester, OK 74501; relocation to the area is required before starting
