Part-Time CDL-A Driver — Home Daily, $25.50/hr

Our company is looking for a part-time Class A driver to run a solo local route in Florida, based out of Lake Worth. You'll be home every day after your shift.

Pay

• $25.50 per hour, paid weekly

• Part-time hours that vary week to week based on workload

• Paid training included

Schedule

• Wednesday through Sunday

• Shifts start at 5:00 PM

What you'll haul

• Touch freight: home goods and clothing

• You'll run a straight truck equipped with a lift gate and roll bins

• Trucks are 36 months old or newer, with 24/7 roadside maintenance support and fueling available at more than 800 locations nationwide

Requirements

• At least 21 years old

• Valid Class A CDL with the right endorsements for this route

• Qualifying tractor-trailer experience: 9 months in the past 3 years, 2 years in the past 5 years, or 5 years in the past 10 years

• Must pass a drug test, background check, motor vehicle record review, DOT physical and a our company road test

• Comfortable following written and verbal instructions and applying relevant rules and regulations

• Some assignments may require extra screening, such as verification of work history and education, or customer-specific badging

What you'll do

• Follow applicable federal, state and company safety rules

• Spot and address safety risks on the job

• Keep accurate logs and paperwork

• Help load and unload freight when the customer requires it
